Remote e-commerce accounting, reconciled to the ledger

I keep the books for U.S. e-commerce and consumer-product companies: marketplace activity reconciled into the general ledger, inventory and COGS tied out, and a monthly close under U.S. GAAP that your CPA and leadership can rely on.

What I handle

Track record

Since September 2021 I have owned the month-end close for multiple U.S. e-commerce and consumer-product clients at PR Consultants, working in QuickBooks Online and Enterprise, Oracle NetSuite and Xero.

How an engagement runs

  1. Intro Call. 20–30 minutes on your current stack, close timeline, and where the numbers stop being trustworthy. No charge, no pitch deck.
  2. Books & Systems Review. I go through the ledger, the chart of accounts, and the workflows, then send back a written findings note: what's broken, what it's costing you, what I'd fix first.
  3. Cleanup & Setup. Historical cleanup, reconciliations, COA redesign, and system implementation or migration — with your team trained on the result, not dependent on me for it.
  4. Monthly Close & Reporting. A predictable monthly close with financials your leadership can act on, plus automation that keeps manual work from creeping back in.

Working hours

Core hours 3 PM – 11 PM Cairo = 8 AM – 4 PM U.S. Eastern. A full U.S. business day of live overlap, every working day — not just a handoff window.

Questions

Which platforms and systems do you work in?

Amazon, Shopify, Walmart and Target on the sales side; QuickBooks Online and Enterprise, Oracle NetSuite, Xero and Zoho Books for the ledger; Bill.com, DEAR Inventory, HubSpot and Stripe around it.

Will you work with our CPA?

Yes. I prepare audit-support schedules for U.S. CPA firms and work directly with external CPAs. I have worked with U.S. CPAs and auditors for 15+ years.

How does an engagement start?

A 20–30 minute intro call at no charge. I then review your books and systems and send a written findings note: what's broken, what it's costing you and what I'd fix first.

Tell me where the numbers stop being trustworthy. The first call is free and takes 20–30 minutes.
